Vendor Spotlight: Klean Roof

In this business, the mere *perception* of an issue that doesn’t exist is enough to make or break a a buyer’s decision to offer on a home.   One area I am encountering this issue more often is the cleanliness of a home’s roof.

#Barndominium – Yes, It’s a Thing

My wife and I caught an episode of Fixer Upper on HGTV the other night and this episode completely fascinated me.   Converting a 1100 sq ft barn into a 2-story, 2700 sq ft home.  It is one of the most awesomely beautiful oddities I’ve seen, and it definitely gave them credibility in my eyes.  Check out the gallery here!
